Climate compensation

When you order our CO2-neutral power product, we reduce the total emission level by purchasing as many climate quotas as necessary so that the overall climate footprint from power consumption will be as small as possible.

If you as a company choose to buy green power, it means that you have taken a long step towards reducing the company’s carbon footprint. Green, clean power comes from sources such as wind, sun and water and has almost no emission of carbon dioxide in the operation itself.

But even if the carbon dioxide emissions are only a fraction compared to, for example, coal, gas and oil, the power is not completely CO2-free. This is because some carbon dioxide is released in connection with the power development, and some will be released when the plant is to be shut down.
